Modern 1 Bedroom Holiday Apartment in Southminster

It was ideally placed for my purposes.

The accommodation was very cramped and there were no opening windows. It was very hot and stick, despite 2 fans. The hosts tried as hard as they could within the perameters of the floor space, but it was very claustrophobic. The hosts were also super helpful and approachable.

Very convenient for our needs , local family wedding , perfect little set up and easy parking , had everything you could need and a shop right next door for essentials . Really friendly owner who responded quickly to messages , lovely big shower

Hard to get any air in as windows didn’t open more than a crack . But there were fans available . Plus couldn’t get anything on Tv as no signal sadly, but not big problem .

Lovely clean apartment and perfect for our stay (we were attending a wedding nearby).

No windows apart from tiny one in bathroom so no natural light in the apartment. Arrived in afternoon and had to put lights on. Very hot and stuffy. Back door situated in bedroom could not be opened as there was an iron bar across the outside of it. Not what you like to see. TV didn’t work. We called the owner who gave us two different WiFi codes but still nothing appeared on the screen apart from “no signal.” We gave up in the end. Bathroom sink needed attention as didn’t drain away properly. We booked for a two night stay but felt the need to leave after one night. The owner didn’t seem bothered when we told him we were leaving. He said “okay then.”

Very clean and well set up apartment. Location was perfect for the venue we were attending. The owner was very helpful in directing us to parking behind the apartment.

The apartment would benefit from better ventilation. There was a small fan but only possible to open the bedroom window a tiny amount which was not great on a very hot day.

Very convenient location central to village and next to small Morrisons. Takeaways, restaurants and pubs nearby. Off road parking. Well equipped modern apartment.

The apartment's only window is in the bathroom so getting fresh air is challenging. The live TV didn't function properly with no signal. Bathroom sink only drains very slowly.
