"If you enjoy receiving messages from hosts about not smoking and quiet hours starting at 9pm while tv’s from other units"

Spacious rooms that you expect from older properties

Sim wine glasses would be nice for mature adults who eat in. Some new plates without chips Would be appreciated too! Some cigarette butts outside door not appreciated after continued messages about not smoking .

Great location! Quiet neighborhood. No problem with neighbors. Very clean and a great price.

Just a couple maintenance issues that I’m sure will be stressed for the next guests.

"Good stay in calm area by downtown"

Calm, location, washer and pool.

No minimal utilities such as salt and pepper, olive oil. Really basic kitchen stuff. Hard at 5 people cooking in. Table is too small for 5. Tickets to Arboretum is only for 5 and need reservations which was not mentioned before.
