Absolutely everything we required. Owner was lovely. Amazing communication 😇 Great tv with all apps installed and logged in which was a huge plus! We were perfectly happy here and would stay again if in the area 😊 many thanks 🙏🏻

the location was ideal,spacious and comfortable. very friendly owner and family and made to feel most welcome. certainly would use again. roll on our next visit to the area!

nothing it more than fitted our purpose. i i really really wanted to be picky maybe a television in the bedroom.

Very good communication. Comfortable spacious lounge. Good shower. WiFi fast and a smart TV with Netflix. Dishwasher had a 30 min wash which was good.

Crockery and kitchen utensils need upgrading. Extra pillows would have been good and a mirror in the small bedroom.

Clean and convenient - had everything we needed.

Good location off road parking and coop down the road and pub and a good Chinese

Nice location, lovely woodland nearby, walking distance to shop and takeaway. Some aspects of the decor were pleasant. Check-in was very clear and helpful.

The building stickers were still on the windows, the beds were very basic, comfortable enough but only one step above camping really. A better welcome pack would have been appreciated, such as a bit of milk, coffee, sugar, soap and a hand towel. None of this was terrible for a one night stay, but a few finishing touches would improve it dramatically. My friend felt it wasn't totally clean, but I thought it was ok in that respect. Also, as the bathroom had no window, a fan would have been good. There was no soap dish in the shower.

Communicative owners, has most of the things you need, lots of hot water. Comfy sofas, spacious. Walking distance to a local shop.

It looks half finished and worn down at the same time. It's ok, and most things work (excluding the shower door, bathroom lock and extractor fan to name a few), but if I were to stay for more than a few nights I'd be tempted to clean and do repairs throughout. It also definitely is NOT wheelchair accessible. There's a huge step to get into the property for starters!

The loud music coming from the cars pulling into the driveway @ 11pm at night.
