Bright & Spacious 3 Bedroom Home in Central Exeter

The house is on a quiet estate which is a 2 minute walk from the Quay area with lovely bakeries and restaurants. Easy place to base yourself to see and experience Exeter. Good size bedrooms and a comfortable stay for 6.

The house has a bit of wear and tear and needs a bit of love, but that is a minor thing.

Cant fault communication

Dead roses in the kitchen was not a great welcome! And it just was not as luxurious as the photographs portray. The property just looked a bit tired and the mattresses on the beds were very worn. The coffee pods in the kitchen imagery are misleading - they weren't provided.

The location was great, not far from the main hub. The place itself was extremely comfortable, with lovely bedrooms and spacious lounge.

Good sized bedrooms, good heating, great location for Exeter Quay.

The house did not look like it had been professionally cleaned when we arrived, and some of the furnishings were a bit worn.

Had a great stay,the property was clean and comfortable in a nice area .

Contact with the home owner was great, and I can't fault them at all. The beds were very comfortable, the location was great, and the kitchen was adequately stocked.

Unfortunately there are a few things that were a bit disappointing. There was no hand wash in the upstairs bathroom, and the carpets were in need of a vacuum. As we were unable to access the house rules on the company website, a hard copy in the apartment would have been appreciated. The kitchen table is not stable and needs fixing or replacing.
