Hemingway Suites at Palm Beach Hotel Island

Hard time contacting the right people to get fresh towels. The front desk didn't help and referred us to the app for help. Inconvenience

The Palm Beach Hotel Condumium is a a great place to safe. Well placed, great pool, lovely common relaxing areas. Very well kept and staff friendly and helpful.

The room is in need of a deep clean as it’s boarding on filthy. The bathroom has so many dirty, dusty crevices it would take some describe. At best it’s a bad DIY job that needs ripping out and starting of again. The closet over head rack would have been very use to store folded clothes but it was old , grimy, dusty, tacky to the touch and beginning to rust. All the under bed area was taken over with owner's stored boxes which meant we had no where to store our own suitcases. Dust and dirt under the bed, in the corners of the room , on the picture frames, in the clothes drawers. On top of the canopy at the head of the bed was white with dust

bathroom was very tight. some of the fixtures (lamps, shades) needed to be updated breakfast options rather poor.

Location was great and easy parking! Bed was comfortable but that’s all that was good about the room.

This room was so outdated and old with a strong floral smell even with removing the infuser! Blinds were old and not darkening at all. The AC was ancient, super load then there was the dehumidifier which was old and not working properly due to its location asked the host they said maintenance told them it wasn’t high enough so they were having a box built this did not help our stay but after coming back one night to a very damp room we found a piece of furniture in the room to elevate the unit and it worked. Then there was the bathroom… so small and out dated and leaking.. maintenance had to come patch whatever as it was leaking to the floor below. This building was super old with a funky smell if it wasn’t for the location we would give it a 1 star if that!

great location well kept grounds. very friendly and helpful valet parking

the room was very small and needs updating. especially the bathroom. took a full day and night to get shower repaired and air conditioner very noisy. the shades in windows did not give any privacy and were too sheer

The check-in was streamline, along with leaving my vehicle with the valet overnight. Pool and outdoor sitting was cute and enjoyable, especially in the morning. The room had a cool vintage safari vibe, small but comfortable. It was nice that the closet had plenty of space for bags and extra items in case for the beach and some other activities.

The bathroom was unfortunately dated, but satisfactory for a night. Lights were dim, but didn't bother me personally.
