Staff were in experienced. Breakfast my eggs supposed to be Sunnyside up were cremated, while dish was cold, they heated in microwave. Yogurt and fruit was the highlight, they need a course in breakfast cooking. No key passed to us by lady in charge of rooms, so security was poor. Initially from the pictures supplied by booking.com we thought we were renting a suite with stove, it was only after we paid the correct room pictures were shown on the site. Then when we asked for a room with stove we were told you. Had to book at weekend two nights, room offered by false pretences for over ZAR 2000, a rip off. The management provided a gas heater. Basically the management is not hands on two lady's are hired to manage which are not properly trained. The highlight of the trip was the take away introduced to us by the lady owner. We will not be returning any time soon.
