Modern Apartment in Stratford upon Avon with Parking WIFI and Netflix

This apartment was a 3 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the town centre. It was .perfect. The apartment was very clean and comfortable

Parking and convenient to centre

A lot of trouble setting up for the accommodation, especially payment of the £100 retainer which would not let me pay on line. I had to pay over the phone and then getting emails telling me to book on line

The location is excellent and easy walking distance to the town centre. Apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and good fir a daily visit.

No garden or outside area.

There were two bathrooms.

Not a place to stay in summer weather - no outdoor space, no air con, no freezer compartment in the fridge. In a property for four people there were only two chairs and no dining table. Bathroom cupboards placed so that it's difficult to use the basin. Rug dirty, particularly stained near the kitchen area. Complicated rigmarole for online check-in including requirement to send passport image.

The location was great, just a few minutes to shops and less than 15 minutes to river/theatre. The private parking space was brilliant and just to the side of the property - this was one of the reasons I booked. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The property was on residential street, but could hear some road noise from main road early morning. Freeview TV did not work properly- could not get picture, it just said Audio Only on screen. I did try in settings but couldn’t figure it out. Netflix worked fine though, so wasn’t an issue for us. I did mention this in message to hosts so hopefully someone will sort that out. There is hand soap, washing up liquid etc, but no shampoo/body wash in showers, which would have been nice touch for price and standard of property.
