Modern Apartment in Stratford upon Avon with Parking WIFI and Netflix

We enjoyed staying at the property and location very good, only a couple of things really . Where the location of the key box was situated wasn’t explained in the check in details .

All was very good

Close to main street. Easy walking distance for sightseeing. Car park is dedicated to the accommodation and basically next to accommodation. Beds were comfortable.

Lack of communication on actually where the locked box was to access the keys- extremely frustrating. Laundry (washing machine and dryer) is not in your unit but literally outside the property in another room that you access with a code. it is a communal laundry, and you have to pay to use the facilities. The bedroom & bathroom located next to the laundry room had a really strong smell that was the same smell in the laundry. (not nice). If you had 4 people staying at the site, you won't have enough room to put your luggage in the bedrooms. You have to put it in the living area as we had to. The unit is very small. Being Australian not used to having access to accommodation right on the street, like literally accessed from the footpath. Unit advertised as wheelchair accessible. You would not be able to move freely in this unit with a wheelchair.

Good location for all amenities. Ideal for short stay break. Priced correctly and would stay again when next in Stratford

Size of apartment is not helped with the large coffee table. Would suggest replacing with a smaller version and having use of four chairs to enable use of the small dining table. Also would suggest a fridge option that has a small ice/freezer box to help with cold drinks. Only minor things but worth mentioning

Cosy and quiet. Everything worked. Location is near station and town center.

only one roll of thin toilet paper in the bathroom for a 5-night stay. Minimal amount of soap in bathroom and kitchen.

Location was amazing. The price is based on location and parking.

Bathroom badly designed as the cabinet is too big, which makes it difficult to use the sink. Found a hair (that wasn't mine) on the bed and in the shower. The shower head didn't look clean. Heating didn't seen to be adjustable. Pillows were hard.

Fridge bottom shelf had marks. Oven shelf tray needed a clean. Roll of Toilet paper was drying out!!!! Shampoo/body wash would have been nice.
