Modern Apartment in Stratford upon Avon with Parking WIFI and Netflix

The location was excellent. We were able to get into Stratford easily. This is a compact property and is ideal for a stay of a couple of days.

The property was clean but not spotless. Shower tray, skirting boards an mirror in the bathroom were in need of a more thorough clean. There were some issues picked up from the previous occupiers in that the tv remote wasn't working, one of the chairs was broken and the towel rail in the LH bathroom wasn't working. It would have been nice if these issues had been fixed before we visited. In addition to this the door to the shower in the RH bathroom was broken.

Excellent location, close to the station and very convenient for getting around in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Unable to use remote control for TV. Tried changing batteries, but it still did not work. One of the heated towel rails was not working.

The location was brilliant and the parking space was essential. The apartment was nice and warm in a very cold week. It was comfortable and clean.

There were 3 adults in our party but only 2 chairs to sit at the table which meant that one of us had to sit on the sofa to eat. A teapot and a potato peeler would have been useful

Facilities very good - everything spotless. Location was convenient for both railway station and town centre.

Poor explanation regarding getting into the property. The contact phone number was not recognised and we had to find the agent's phone number on the internet. In addition we were given 3 different WiFi passwords, none of which worked. The 4th did and we were given a refund for the difficulty. The problems were sorted very promptly but clearly the information needs to be updated.

Very convenient for town. Warm and comfy. Parking convenient.

As we made all our own meals, more kitchen equipment would have been useful. Important note. As you enter the property in the bedroom on right hand side, the light switch to bathroom is faulty. Could be dangerous!!

Booked for a business booking, guys were very happy with the place. Clean, as described and very reasonably priced. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable and lovely and warm ( we visited in January). Great location - only an easy walk (10 -12 minutes) the centre of Stratford.

Could have had a little more by way of kitchen utensils.

Mattresses on both beds are very saggy and desperately need replacing. Pillows were lumpy & hard. A real shame as this was the only criticism but ruined our sleep so would put us off staying again unless replaced.
