Location wa great, parking was good, facilities was good only issue was the poor wifi it was okay but could be better

Lovely apartment with parking only 7 min walk into town unfortunately we got up 1st morning to no hot water ,contacted the owners who did sort it for us

Only two seats around a table the coffee table took up so much room,and so much dust on top of wardrobes in bedrooms

Zwei Badezimmer waren praktisch./ Parkplatz nah am Haus.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss und die Fenster der Schlafzimmer konnte man eigentlich kaum auflassen, denn es gingen die Passanten direkt am Fenster vorbei.....unangenehm!! / Betten etwas durchgelegen/ Die Lüftung eines Badezimmers machte laute Rappelgeräusche.

Central location to Stratford. Two bedrooms and central sitting area with kitchen. A couple of matters relating to the showers were reported and attended to promptly. Lovely supportive staff.

Wifi - poor, when working. Could not get channels to work on the television. A working tin opener would be helpful.

Perfect location, short walk to city centre. Comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed.

Superb location for visiting the attractions and theatres of Stratford, all in walking distance

Water wasn't hot enough at the ensuite and kitchen sinks

The apartment is very convenient for access to the town centre, and the off-road parking space was a bonus. Both double bedrooms have their own ensuite which was much appreciated.

The property was only "surface clean" as there was dirt on skirting boards, crumbs on the kitchen floor and dirty window sills. I would have appreciated an Information Book with details of local places of interest as well as details on recycling rubbish. The ensuite which only has single access has a problem with the drainage on shower tray. It overspilled and the door is difficult to operate too. The WiFi is used for TV programmes - I feel it needs upgrading as the TV was "streaming" a lot. Some smaller glasses would be welcome too.
