"Not worth the price at all. Good location and large living room are the only positives. Problems: 1) Long steep stairs to the room – not mentioned by host. With 2 kids and 4 suitcases, it was a nightmare. 2) Old, poorly maintained facilities. 3) Bad smell in the room. 4) Clogged bathroom drain. 5) Shampoo/shower gel empty in one bathroom; the other had only hand wash. Mouthwash cups were dirty. Very disappointed."

The location was great, close to the train station & easy walking around Bologna & restaurants. The 2 main bedrooms were good sizes but the 3rd bedroom was not suitable for adults-maybe for kids but is was the size of a closet. Great sized table & living area.

There is no air conditioning, it is under floor cooling & heating which takes a while to work. There is no lift from the street level-you have to walk up 20 steps to the first level to get the lift which is hard when you have suitcases that weigh 20+kg.

The location is amazing, as is the common area. Having a kitchen with all the basics provided, true dining table and a gorgeous ceiling makes this a standout apartment. Mornings and evenings with that view and sounds from the Piazza were truly special. The two double bedrooms were roomy and offered French doors to the outside for fresh air and lively city sounds. One of the bathrooms was great.

The "3rd bedroom" isn't really an option except for young kids who do not need a window or fresh air (there is only a skylight with sticker residue on it). One of the bathrooms was very "sad and stinky" according to half our family, so we all shared the one with brown tile and window to the courtyard. Hand soap dispensers worked in the showers but not next to the bathroom sinks. Note: elevator only goes up one floor - you will need to carry luggage up from 0 to 1.

Loved the location overlooking the piazza. Was so close to everything
