The size of rooms was great. The many extra kitchen appliances came in handy.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The tub didn't have a regular faucet so I couldn't have a bath.

The location and the house was very spacious.

The property was filthy when we got there, including crumbs, dust, and mystery substances on surfaces that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Both my partner and I found other people’s pubic hair on our bodies after we used their towels. Neither bedroom had a TV even though they were pictured on the listing as both rooms having TV’s. The living room couch was not comfortable. And there was so much sound pollution from the people downstairs—the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything clear as day from people yelling at a TV to a baby crying. But most importantly, to top everything off, we were woken up at 6am to screaming from people in the unit downstairs and three gunshots were shot. We immediately felt unsafe and needed to get out of there, we were refunded the rest of the nights but not the cleaning fee or the first night, and then the staff gaslit us by saying that the owner of the units lived several houses away and said there was a fight, but no guns. Um, NO. Like I said, walls were paper thin, and a gun went off three times. I don't appreciate how we were gaslit after a traumatic and terrible experience at this property.

It's a dwelling and ppl at lower level where having a party started 12am and worst noise you could imagine. Stayed the night awake as I couldn't sleep because of the party and left the place next day while paid for 2 nights. Got footage of the noises and reported the same to hosts who offered 10% refund for the 2nd night.

It was spacious, clean, near downtown and the boarder to Canada. The staff were polite and very helpful

The curtains in the bedroom didn’t block the sunlight in the early morning.
