York city centre apartment & coffeehouse

Breakfast downstairs in the cafe was very good and extremely convenient. Ideal location and very clear instructions from the host. Super warm and friendly greetings and correspondence.

The inside stairs were ok for me but were very steep and two of the four had a bit of trouble climbing them. It wasn’t a major issue.

Great location, so close to the river walk into town centre. Louise was quickly responsive and accommodating.

Need to be comfortable with stairs

We had breakfast at the cafe and it was very good. The ease of getting into apartment was good. Very spacious and very comfortable.

Perhaps a small welcome tray would be nice including small milk (uht) and a biscuit or cake.

Excellent location. Gorgeous home. Very accommodating owners, we had to cancel due to personal circumstances and we really appreciate how good the owners were about this.

Nothing everything was excellent

A fifteen-minute walk from York City Centre, the apartment was enjoyable, tidy, and roomy, with lots of amenities for cooking.

The main drawback is that properties aren't accessible until four o'clock. You can hear the traffic, which doesn't slow down in the early morning, if you're in the main bedroom or the second bedroom. It's on a major road. Blinds may be necessary in the living room if people want to use the sofa.

Plenty of space and well presented

The apartment is above a coffee shop, we didn't eat there, but the breakfasts looked really good.

Nowhere to put soap/shampoo inside the shower cubicle itself -- a small 'hanging basket' or similar would have been nice, or even an inset alcove, which is what we've done at hoe in our new shower room.

Such a lovely apartment you have :) the bed was very comfy. We loved our stay. Thankyou
