Property was fantastic, very clean and high standard, great location within walking distance to York town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Check in is a bit late and check out a little too early other than that no complaints what so ever.

Really friendly check in. Great being next to Busk had an excellent breakfast . Well stocked with everything you need including coffee .Duvets excellent . Loved the quirky velux . Short walk into York . Car Parking at Barbican worked well would prob work out expensive if longer than a short break.

Front bedroom a little noisy when cafe started up . As someone with new knees Stairs could have been difficult if the surgery had been more recent so probably need to make it very clear in the advert
