"Perfect place for a family"

I normally never book a place in booking that has less than 8, but it was late and i was with 3 kids and I had to stay there. In the night i didnt get so good where we are but the day after i was wondering how people rate a place!? the location was perfect, close to center with perfect price. It was a bit dusty and old but in general deserved more than 7 in booking. It doesnt have parking that make it a bit uncomfortable but i think this is general problem of that city. Ps: if i was the owner, i just a but renew it, specially the pavement and ask the girls of the rooms to vlean more under the beds and so on...( then probably the price will be heigher too😉)
