Good location, only 10 to 15 min to reach the train station. The beds were comfy.

There was only one wine glass available. No light over the dinning table.

The location is great, the room was wide, confortable, with a great view and a balcony. Everything was very clean including the shared bathroom. Communication was good and fast. Would definately stay again.

There could be a fridge for us to atores some.fresh water or breakfast things.

To us, this apartement was spacious and bright. We found the inside elevator really interessting, due to its old design. The kitchen was equipped with what we found necessery. We really liked that the apartement was located near the main street with all shops and restaurants. We loved La Spezia!

Some of the outside shutters did not work properly. We were six people and we knew there was only one bathroom in the apartement. To us, we would have appriciated another bathroom.

Location is really good

No AC so with 34 C outside we were not able to sleep, too hot and humid. Had to get up and shower at 5 am. The little fan they have in the room is not enough unfortunately.

The property doesn’t have air conditioner

It was a nice place to stay, we liked it. It was near the train station and harbour and had an excellent location to get around La Spezia.

We missed the opportunity to enjoy the view from the balcony as the balcony doors were not opening and the blinds were not moving. Overall the property was good. There was no air conditioning, so keep in mind for the hotter days.
