Som sagt fel mycket information. Vi fick samma mejl om och om istället för att kunna ha ett telefonsamtal vilket jag frågade efter att ha stått ett tag . Det var svårt att komma in i bostaden . För mycket information efter en lång resa då man vill förenkla sin vardag

Apartment is relatively close to the city center, once you descend the hill. Plenty of space inside, though not efficiently used. Shower works fine (with some caveats). Kitchen includes a refrigerator and one functional knife.

Extremely difficult physical access: many stairs up and down, tight elevator, and no guidance from the host about alternative outside lift. Layout feels like repurposed school corridor with closed-off cabinet-style rooms. Kitchen setup is awkward: tea kettle must be used on the microwave due to outlet placement, making it hard to use the table. Advertised for 7 people, but setup is not adequate — too few seats, tight space. Shower spills water through the doors. Poor host communication: no instructions for hot water switch, gate exit button, or parking. Observed other guests getting locked in garden due to unclear gate mechanism. Parking unclear and inconvenient; hosts provide vague or contradictory info. Host ignored messages but became responsive only when asking for cash payment for taxes — questionable practice.

The size of the property and the number of rooms is perfect for a big family. Despite not having a balcony, our view was unreal.

The bathroom window did not have a curtain or anything covering it from the outside view.

"Great place to relax! The building has quite a few stairs to reach it, but it's definitely worth it. Once you're there, it's peaceful, comfortable, and a really nice spot to rest. Would definitely recommend!"

balcony with nice view, big windowed balcony doors, central location, the tiny lift (luckily we only had small backpacks), well organised entry procedure, large and comfortable bed...

very loud tv in the evenings from neighbour above our room, balcony doors hard to open, impossible to have shower without flooding the floor, no tea spoons for mugs, towels left fluff on body and floor...

Beautiful room. Views on the park and the church. The city center and the train station are very near. Very clean and nice designed.

The lonely critical point is the very thin wall close to the apartment, you will hear anything, if there is a group or a family. But after midnight useally it was quiet.

Very nice, big appartment with lot of space and light. Perfect place in the city, 10 minuttes from train station to Cinque Terre towns. Better than shown on the pictures on booking.

Not so warmt in the bathroom. We were there in january. No parking place in the front of the building, even though there is parking space. There are many steps from the street to the building, but it could be much easier to park the car in front of the terasse, and put the luggedge there.

The location is really good, 10 minute walk to the train station perfect for everything, only mind that the trains for Cinque Terre drop to 1 per hour after peak hours. Also walking distance from the Castello San Giorgo wich has an incredible view. For some reason i had the whole room for myself soo it was awesome. Really comfy bed and AC. For the price is way more cheaper than staying in the towns and you will not loose time soo for that is perfect.

Unfortunately that didnt compense the other. Theres only 1 bathroom shared between 3 rooms and each room con have up to 3 guests, soo it can get crowded. Also is to pricey for not having a kitchen, not even a small one just a kettle that sincerly is not enough. There’s no staff, literally no one, is all through the phone wich i found quite inconvenient and a little annoying. I like a little contact with someone, makes your stay more pleasant. They also tried to charge me more for the city tax, but it was a misunderstanding. Read the small things before booking but at least they respond pretty fast and are in the disposition to resolve any issue.
