El baño, amplio y comodo

El ruido. Se escucha absolutamente todo, lo que hacen las otras habitaciones. La tv, las conversaciones, las puertas, todo. Se hace difícil descansar. Pocos lugares donde apoyarse. No hay donde dejar mochilas, etc.

Quizas que el baño fuese más grande, aunque disponia de un baño grande compartido fuera del Apartamento.

"Great room, near Cinque Terre!"

The room was really clean and tidy, with a nice view at the church and the city. The shared bathroom was also really clean and big. The location of the flat is great, very close to shops and the city center.

The only negative thing about the room is that it's slightly uncomfortable to go out every time to use the shared bathroom. Also, the building is not very easy to access if you're travelling by bike.

"Great stay"

Everything there is ok, location, room, bathroom- everything is clean. Perfect choice if you explore Cinque Terre or Portofino. Good contact and clear instructions from the owner. Big balcony with great view.

No fridge (how to survive in a hot country) or a small kitchenette, no chairs on the balcony, nothing to dry towels or swimming costumes.

Staff disponibile e risolutivo per i problemi che si sono presentati, cordiali e riconoscenti del disagio

Poca manutenzione all interno della struttura (finestre,tapparelle cucina) datati , mancanza di un secondo bagno vista la grandezza dell'appartamento, purtroppo scarsa pulizia. Un consiglio sarebbe gradito anche indicare in fase di prenotazione le regole del comune, a la spezia non possono circolare auto euro 4, e questo nel nostro casa ha creato un problema perché lo abbiamo scoperto li.
