Nous avions réservé pour 5 couples, pensant être séparés. 2 couples dans un appartement avec chacun leur chambre et une salle de bain commune, et les 3 autres couples dans un appartement séparé. Quelle bonne surprise de constater que les 2 logements étaient communicants par une porte. La cuisine de l'appartement pour 3 couples était équipé, comme demandé, pour 10. En plein centre ville mais au calme en cette période en tout cas (début avril) parking dans la rue du XXVII Marzo facile en cette période. Paiement parking facile via application

Portes fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir et fermer pour accéder au balcon d'une des chambres avec vue côté rue piétonne. Meuble sous lavabo salle de bain avec baignoire : les portes ne sont pas droites et semblent fragiles. Manette robinet cuisine particulière à manipuler(en biais) Pas de balai ni pelle ni aspirateur.

La casa è molto fredda, gli infissi della stanza praticamente non si chiudevano e il vento apriva la finestra avendo così continui spifferi, in camera con il condizionatore alquanto ci si poteva arrangiare, ma nel bagno faceva veramente freddo Per le condizioni generali dell’appartamento credo che il prezzo sia un po’ alto Il letto è abbastanza duro

The first thing I want to mention is the location. If you are traveling by car, parking is a real problem. The nearest decent parking area is about a 20-minute walk away, and you have to walk uphill with many steps. It costs 5 euros per day (there is no hourly payment option). In the room there was a TV, air conditioning, cups, and a kettle. However, there was no refrigerator — even a shared one would have been very useful. Proper cutlery such as normal spoons, forks, and a knife would also have been helpful. The main reason for this rating is the bathroom situation. There is only one combined toilet and shower for everyone. There were two of us staying, and three people in the neighboring room. Very often the neighbors occupied the bathroom for several hours at a time, which forced us to walk about 10 minutes to a café just to use the toilet. One toilet and shower for five people is simply not enough. At least a separate toilet and shower could have improved the situation. We saw in the description that the shower was shared, but we could not imagine that it meant just one single cabin for everyone, rather than at least two separate facilities. Another huge downside that seriously affected our stay was the noise. The soundproofing is terrible. We had to sleep with the TV on just to block out the noise a little. Initially, I wanted to give 1 star, but since the hosts responded to my messages, I gave 3 stars instead — although this did not solve the noise issue.
