Very comfortable and clean. Frank was very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Stratford. Everything you could ask for was available. No complaints at all. Will definitely recommend to others.

Location was excellent to reach town centre and only minutes away from Anne's Hathaway cottage and cafe'. Local shop as well as huge supermarket on the way back from the centre of Stratford. The annexe is not just super spacious but spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all comforts. Mattress and pillows super comfy. Generous car park just in front of property. An exceptional place to be. Will be back as we loved it. Paola and David
