The host was really lovely and attentive, but also kept out of our way, so we felt like the property offered the privacy we required. Although the decor is outdated, the property was comfortable, clean, and cosy. The power shower had decent pressure and we never went without hot water. We were able to park on the drive, which was a nice bonus. The location is brilliant - 25 min walk or so to Stratford town centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean.

It would have been nice to have access to the property garden as the weather was really nice when we were there, however, we appreciate that this is the hosts private space.

We liked the off street parking. The place was clean and quiet. Well equipped, friendly host, would go there again. There is no Coffee maker but, copious tea bags provided. Very nice touch of milk in the fridge.
