I had an amazing experience at Ega.The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Cleanliness

(1) There is no signal of JIO and VODA (not even a single bar) which means no incoming/outgoing calls, no otp etc. This became a problem for us - difficulty in logging in for work, had to step out of the building to receive login otp - I stayed with my family (2 year old child and a pregnant wife) due to which it is extremely important for us to have a network so that you can call a doctor,police or anyone imp in an event of an emergency (although host provided wifi but did not like the idea of relying solely on wifi for an emergency situation and you cannot call emergency numbers on WhatsApp). This made us insecure and vacate the property. (2) We found the host (Sathish, in our case) to be unethical and deceitful as after highlighting the concerns he assured us to refund for the remaining number of days however changed his stance completely the next morning, became rude and awful to an extent that we had to vacate the property immediately even after paying for the 5 nights in advance. I would suggest avoiding the pre payment since that limits your chances of moving to another property or book for the initial couple of days (for a longer stay) first so that if something goes wrong you will not spoil the entire trip.
