The serviced apartment was close to our point of interest, merely 2km away. The manager, Kishor, was helpful and welcoming. The neighbourhood was clean and nice too.

There was no water supply in our allotted room for the entire duration of our stay. I was delayed by an hour and missed my appointment with my doctor - the entire reason I had travelled to Bangalore and booked this room. The manager then kept few buckets of water in our room, filled from adjacent rooms, so that we could carry on with our day. The situation was not rectified when we returned to the room. The room itself was not clean, and it did not match the photos on the website. The shower tap in bathroom was broken as well, which means we could not use it even if there was water supply - which there was not.

Property is very well maintained and staff is very kind. The environment is peaceful. You can get food in near by restorants. This property also has a full time cook.

Liked the location of the property and the way it was done up. I had a request for early check in and the team handled it with ease. Overall a great experience and a good value for money property. The host was also sweet and supportive with any kind of request.
