Tv was nice, clean inside, coffee available for morning

neighbors across street up most of night blasting music, yard needs cleaned up, over grown shrubs around house and sidewalk, weeds taller than me. Beds very hard causing back pain in everyone in morning, smoke detectors needed batteries and was beeping all night

No bed sheets, the front yard was not very tidy, return text was 4 hours after asking about linens. 2smoke detectors missing. For the price , we were very disappointed in such poor upkeep.

We made it a point to reach out to the owner upon check out with our concerns before leaving a review. There was no response, so here it is. No, smoke detectors hooked up. The 2 we found were on the desk at waist hight and on the floor, there was not a simple first aid kit, No pans, not enough silverware or cups for the number of people the property is listed to accommodate, only half a roll of toilet paper per bathroom (we had to go buy our own), the yard was horribly over grown, it was not a nice neighborhood at all and the beds are not the same as pictured on listing. The beds are hard as rocks!

It was easy to get into with the code. The manager replied to an email promptly when we had a question. The appliances worked well. The air conditioning was great in the high heat we had. The location was good in that it was not a far drive to the Lincoln sites and the State Capitol.

The carpets were stained and very dirty. The "patio" in the back of the house with nothing like the picture on Booking! It was filthy and there was no furniture. There was a smoke detector hanging by its cords from the ceiling in the bedroom. The floor in the bathroom, close to the tub, was very soft and uneven, making it a little unsafe when exiting the tub/shower. The yard needed a lot of work on the landscaping (again, nothing like the picture.)

The facility was located in a great location.

The back yard was overgrown. If you had a dog, they couldn’t use it as the grass and bushes were too tall and had not been mowed for at least several months if not longer. Also, if you wanted to cook at the house, there were no measuring cups, no bowls and very few pot and pans. The master bedroom had many stains on the carpet. It was really quite disgusting as it really needed extensive cleaning. Really needed to be replaced. I would not spend my hard earned money on this place ever again.

I like that the yard was fenced, pet friendly, had laundry amenities, good wifi, plenty of towels, and it was fairly cozy.

The grass was really long, which made for lots of bug bites. We had to use the yard because of our pets. Also, the garbage can at the street was full upon arrival, so it attracted a lot of flies (we stayed multiple nights). I also don’t think the house was professionally cleaned; if so, they need a new cleaner. Also, the tub didn’t drain well, so it was a little gross showering in standing water.
