Guests are required to upload a photo ID and credit card ahead of check-in via a secured link. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee. A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged. Standard Late Checkout A fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's extended presence, a cost per hour will be charged until departure, in addition to the cleaning price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
