Location is good and flat as described

Front door is a bit of an effort. Struggling to get a VAT invoice, requested 3 times sbd ignored. Don't use if you need to expense

It was in a great situation and was nice and clean

It was very hot and the windows wouldn’t stay open, so we had to prop the windows open, eventually buying ourselves a fan. It might be an idea to have a fan at the property or the ability to open the skylight. There wasn’t enough cutlery. We would have had to take turns of a spoon was required! We managed to get the hob to work once, but not again after that and it wasn’t ideal having to lift the microwave out of the cupboard as the cable wasn’t long enough to reach a plug.

The location was great, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do

It was not clean at all, when we arrived there were sponges a hoover thrown by the front door we had to climb over. Inside it did not look like it had been hoovered or cleaned at all. The bathroom was really dirty.

Clear instructions for self entry. Very comfy and well equipped small cosy space. Ideal for a couple of nights

No head rest for the bed so hard to watch tv in bed - but exactly as described on the booking page, so was expecting this.
