Very smart, modernised well presented accommodation. Bag of nails, couple of doors down, is an excellent quirky pub. Cooker and fridge will save you a bit, with brekkie the next morning. We did brekkie and made a packed lunch from the Sainsburys for £10 for 2.

We did phone the management service to try and get direction, as we were struggling originally. A man answered and said he was busy and put me to answer service. I left a voicemail, and he never got back to me. Fortunately we found it 5 minutes afterwards.The cooker could do with some instructions. We figured it out, but the hob only works if the oven timer is running. Also there was no shower gel and shampoo provided. Also the hair dryer advertised in the listings wasn't present.

Nice little apartment in Bristol, tastefully decorated, with all the basics that you may need. The location is perfect!

The apartment faces a busy road, so it was not quiet at night. However, this was not a big issue for us.

I recently stayed at property through Booking.com and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The property was clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Overall, I would recommend the place for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. It provided a great base for exploring the area and made my trip enjoyable.

Property is really well located and felt very secure

Property could have been cleaner. We found some hairs on the floor and there was what looked like mould on the bathroom blinds. The window also wouldn’t open so there was no way we could get fresh air in the room. The biggest issue was that on Saturday morning at 7:45am the fire alarm in the apartment building went off. Alarms were sounding in other flats and the hallways, but not our flat. There was no fire, but more worryingly it made us feel uneasy because if other alarms were sounding why wasn’t ours? And therefore if there had of been an actual fire would ours have sounded? Once we had addressed there was no fire we had to try and turn the alarms off. We tried contacting the provided numbers on our email for advice, however despite multiple attempts to contact them no one picked up, or called back. I accept it was early in the morning, but due to the fact it could’ve been an emergency, and we’d called a number of times, not hearing back was left us feeling dissatisfied. It took almost half an hour to stop the alarm, which we worked out with assistance from others downstairs, but by the time we had finished we both had either a headache or ringing ears because of how loud and how close we had to get to the alarm to turn it off. Ultimately, despite the fantastic location and the nice facilities of the apartment, this issue is what we remember from the trip and has made us question if we would stay here again if we returned to Bristol.

Well equipped and comfortable.

The not real negatives were I found the traffic outside a bit noisy but that is reflected in my location score. Turn this around and it was intact very well placed for the city centre. It is just that it is close to one of the principal access roads.

Very clean , good location. Great shower.

Pretty good value for money and a great location close to the centre.

Space was probably the best compromise of most facilities in smallest space, but some compromises made that made it feel a little claustrophobic. Especially due to the location of the apartment on the side of the park and with a tall building opposite.
