Stairs to get up slippery plant need to be cut back on walking up stairs beds to noisy when turning very loud creaking noise

Lovely downstairs and a great view of the waterfront - lovely kitchen and cosy lounge

Uncomfortable small beds (all 4ft 6- not big enough for today’s guests) - although I have fed this back to the owners invest in divan beds 5 ft min or 2 x 3ft singles pushed together to make a Superking - min of a 1000 spring mattress with solid bases would be better for guest rest and comfort

Great location, plenty of rooms, decking was excellent

Bed was broken and had been poorly fixed and therefore very uncomfortable. Microwave needs replacing as its a safety hazard. Guttering needs clearing out. Didnt like having to supply photo id to confirm the booking and then wasnt met at the property to confirm my identity - so what was the point of that (and i wont even mention GDPR)

Beautifully decorated throughout. Stunning views. Excellent WiFi and Smart TV. Open and Electric Fires. Dog friendly and lovely fluffy towels. Plenty of toilet paper supplied for the week. Very clean and a restful ambience. Communication when we had a problem was swift and friendly. Once the heating was sorted, it was efficient and perfect for a late winter stay. Lovely balcony - perfect place to watch the birds. Lots of board games supplied which was handy. We absolutely loved the calm ambience.

Access up the sloping path to the house was a little slippy and I did slip on the stones - might be worth power washing the paths. Shower drainage extremely slow, no long showers possible as we would have flooded the bathroom. Ensure batteries have been checked on Hive heating system prior to guests arriving as the place was very cold and we had to spend some time communicating with the owners to sort the situation. Update the brochure regarding the coffee sitation - I was looking forward to cafetiere coffee but there were only instant sachets. The en suite needs a blind as the houses behind look down onto the room, and the mirror also relects you! Clear out the gutters as there is a constant drip onto the balcony which is a shame. But these were only minor issues that didn't impact our stay much at all!

Beautiful views, good location, kitchen had everything. Lovely quaint property

No instructions on where to find where to park, hidden around the corner. Key safe is round the side of the house, not the front, only discovered this after calling to say the key safe wouldn’t open from the patio door. WiFi password incorrect on the guest info card, had to message property. Very uncomfortable bed in main bedroom, needs a new mattress. Sick blocked in bathroom.

It was a lovely, comfortable and spacious property, with gorgeous views out to the river. My daughters especially loved sitting in the bay window while reading in the evenings

The biggest challenge for our family was the parking arrangement, which we found quite dangerous (having to walk down the side of a very narrow and busy main road to get from the car to the house). We also found that the house lacked quite a lot of the basics (condiments, tea and coffee, lavatory paper etc.). We had no problem purchasing these items, but would have found the property more welcoming if these basics were in place, or maybe a little welcome pack (one of our previous properties left milk and eggs for us when we arrived for example) would have been a nice touch.

Lovely comfortable home , it was a nice big house for myself and family clean , tidy , and a spectacular view, would highly recommend it, we would definitely stay there again in the future 😀
