Appartamento House of Roses con vista Duomo

We had 3 lovely nights at the House of Roses during a scorching heat wave. The host, Thomas, is very welcoming and super helpful. The apartment itself is clean, spacey, comfortable, with a balcony in every room and a great location with minutes walk to downtown, the lake, and all the action. The living room balcony is spacey with a sun awning, table & chairs, and is great to lounge at in the evening with a view of the beautifully lit cathedral and the mountains. The kitchen also has a balcony with a breathtaking green mountain view that compliments your breakfast. The place has two bedrooms with working ACs (that made the apt feels like heaven compared to outside), washer, full kitchen & appliances, 2 full bathrooms, with fresh towels & the works. The host answers messages within the minute and is very knowledgeable. He also hooked us up with an awesome boat tour where we got picked up from the apartment to the boat (and back) by Marcello, who was punctual to the minute & made sure we had a great time. Overall, this is an awesome comfortable place to stay at lake Como to see and do whatever you are there for.

The host met us on arrival and kindly parked our car for us. A bit tight but no issues. The apartment is clean and spacious and in a fabulous location with only a short walk to the old town and harbour.

We were well received by Thomas at the property who was friendly and accommodating and helped us with all our queries including restaurant recommendations and a great contact for a private boat ride around the lake. The apartment itself is excellently located, big and comfortable. I would return for more days!

great location with friendly host Thomas who is kindly enough to let uys check in at 12:30, also he is very knowable in Como area recommend with great restaurant. he also help me to park my rental car Jeep Compass to his garage and move out on next day.
