CENTRAL STATION APARTMENTS - Fanale Rentals

The place was very clean and the owner very supportive. Location was very convenient if you arrive by train like we did, just few steps from train station and we were in the building. Walking distance to the centre, botanic garden. In front of the building there is a tram stop, shops with local food, cafeteria and place you may enjoy icecream till 1 am.

absolutely, the best apartment in Palermo. The building is very safe, new, the apartment is huge, bright and comfortable. Easy to reach all the tourist attractions in the city, but also easy to visit the surroundings of Palermo, the apartment being right next to the train station. Everything was exceptional, we couldn't wait to come back.

Good location, clean, air conditioned, responsive host. There is a washing machine and an iron. I would absolutely recommend the apartment.

The sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable.

the rooms were very clean.the hotel is very suitable for family travlers because, the room size is perfect,has washing machine, and has two tvs which youtube and netflix were possible.the hotel was outside of ztl, but it was very close to downtown of palermo.

If you're travelling with public transport, then this apartment is at a very convenient location right next to the train station. We've stayed on the 5th floor and the rooms were spacious and clean. One of the better beds I've slept on. The views from the rooftop were spectacular, there were also 2 jacuzzis.

During the night it could still get relatively noisy from the street below, but nothing too major. There were also some minor issues with getting into the building due to faulty door, but were resolved very fast. As this was self-check-in situation it would be great to have some info available within the apartment (wi-fi code, potential of using the jacuzzies etc.)

Superclean, very well equipped flat, just on the picture. We had literally everything we needed. Supernice flat with a supernice host.

The neighbourhood is not the best, junkies and homeless people…

The property was very tidy and with a great location. The host was extremely helpful, welcoming and kind.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t very good. Most of the time we did not have a connection.
