My brother and I needed a place to stay before we traveled back to KZN and we came across lakeview ! From booking to checking in was such an easy experience, when we arrived we got helped by Webster who was very friendly and always there to help if we needed anything, thank you!

The owner/manager were rude with staff in front of guests, even though the staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay.

The black lady who walked in my guest, she checked with me first before allowing the guest in my room.Excellent service there,I felt safe!

Breakfast was horrible. The room was dusty,cold water and the plug was not working and there were limited lights!

I booked luxury room, there were no towels,fridge not working,no kettle to boil water for coffee,raised complaints with management but nothing was done no value fir money worst experience in my entire life for all my booking .com it's awful
