Clean and comfortable

Only one towel per room- not enough. The room had a pipe going to the pool that made a constant noise or sound of water in the room that was loud and disturbing. When I went for breakfast the coffee was not ready yet. The whole experience was undrrwhelming

1. The room

The shower was leaking water, which made the whole bathroom to be wet after showering and there were no wiping materials, so we had to walk over water the whole night while visiting toilet. There were also no ramps or lifts for easily pushing luggage. Huge luggage needed to be carried up and down through the stairs

The night staff was amaaazing, really went out of their way to assist, so friendly and helpful The rooms are spacious and clean Could have supper late without prior arrangements and it was excellent.

We could only watch one channel, other channels had no signal Would suggest taking down vehicle reg numbers to match to rooms, we were parked in and staff struggled to find owner

Lovely peaceful Would have liked to have morning coffee delivered to our room 🤔😁
