Dream Vacation Apartment Right On The Beach

Our host to our rental condo was outstanding. He was very responsive. Location is fantastic. Right on beach. Pools are great.

Some of processes for the key fobs and parking passes are very inconvenient and would be better if a more steam lined system. I had to actually find an ATM to get $20 cash for parking passes because they weren’t able to break my change. Therefore, had to return 3 times to finally receive my pass.

The location is excellent. Grocery store a short walk away. The boardwalk is also a walkable distance. Convenience store/ cafe in the tides is a plus. Beach location ideal with no large towers casting shade as we saw with neighbouring condos. The unit itself is well equipped and the pictures provided are really what you get. Pablo, the host, is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions.

The common areas ( lobby, hallways) would need refreshing. Overall though, no major issues.

Host is very understanding, I was very tired and I had issue with application, however Pablo and reception service was very helpful, understanding and nice. I am very grateful

Location was good, kitchen and living space was nice

No toiletries, very noisy AC, seemed a bit dingy and in need of a thorough cleaning especially in the bathroom.

That was our second time in this building, I love the location, you can just wake up in the morning and go straight to the beach. I would call it a perfect calm family vacation option. The apartment was comfortable, all necessary was there. It was clean and cozy. Pablo, the host, was very helpful. We couldn’t turn on the stove, texted him through the booking app and he helped us immediately.

The property was exactly like it’s shown. I honestly loved the apt. My friends that came to visit me loved the property, we were on the balcony enjoying the views. The living room is nice and spacious we loved the bathroom as well.

Only thing I didn’t like which is NOT the property owner fault. Is the parking fees! I had to pay $100 just to stay there for 2 nights.(I can come and go as I pleased which means I had to pay an additional $20 for the parking pass which opens the gate for you to access parking & is refundable) My guest has to pay $20 to park which is fine however if they were to stay past 11PM they consider that “overnight” and the fee is $40. So even if you’re not necessarily spending the night they will still charge as such.

The pool and beach access were nice. It’s really the only thing this place had to offer.

There were a lot of inconveniences throughout our stay. The process to register is ridiculous and wastes a lot of time. I was there for 2 days and spent an hour sitting in a registration office. What a waste of time. The apartment it self was clean. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There were no black out curtains so my baby had a hard time sleeping. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. Overall our stay wasn’t great, buildings elevators were extremely slow and small so getting anywhere was a hassle. Just lots of inconveniences sprinkled everywhere, was not worth the price we paid.
