The first thing I noticed in the room was the bad smell and how cold it was. The heater was not working properly. They changed my room but the scent was still the same as before. The room was not well cleaned. It’s very bad for the price they are charging

The bed was comfortable. The owner gave us a great recommendation for dinner in a Brazilian steak restaurant and gave us instructions to get to a nice neighborhood via public transportation. The house is a block away from a fast food place and a dollar store. The taxi to the EWR airport offered by the house is cheaper than an Uber and arrived on time.

Seems to be a risky neighborhood for tourists. We didn't feel safe walking to the bus stop. The room and shared bathroom was not very clean. The taxi driver was kind but seemed to be a dirty person and his car was visibly dirty with a very unpleasant smell.

The quiet. Need that.

Water backs up in the shower...needs to clean the drain.

The guest house is located within 10-20 minutes drive to NWR International Airport. There is an access to public transportation. The property and all common areas are very clean and quiet. The rooms are tidy and cosy. There is 27/7 airport shuttle availability.

Location.

Bath towels, bedsheets were dirty, had stains on it. Except stains, Bedsheets had hairs on it. It looked like the bedsheets were not changed. Bathroom was not clean. Airport shuttle was NOT free. I have a video to show how dirty the towels and sheets are!
