The staff greetings was outstanding. I loves how they read the people's before finalizing the sales to make sure that no problems are in the building. The room was big & constable. Big kitchen & secured.

The host was nice. The room was clean.

The security was lacking. You can't lock your door when you leave. It was expensive for the quality of the room.

I liked that the property was close to everything I needed (shops, food, etc).

The room did not have a keyed lock on the door, and only one garbage can on the whole floor which was in the bathroom (4 bedrooms on the floor), people from other floors used the bathroom on the floor I stayed on so had to take a shower on different floors, no pots or pans to dook anything dispute having a full kitchen. There were issues with the wifi, but that was sorted out.

Nothing, this place should be reassessed in terms of standards to be listed as an air bnb. No traveler must feel angry and disappointed like i did. I rarely write reviews but I am because of the bad experience i had and know this review will help someone. This dilapidated house had dirty broken floors and walls. Bedding in my room was brown and smells. The staircase is like a time bomb awaiting to explode! I arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and shocked on arrival the state of this place but i had no options at that time. When i tried to sleep on top of the cheap bed, I heard funny sounds and i noticed rats in the room and called and woke up the owner and requested a refund and she could not fully refund me and i left at 3.30am. Don't say i did not warn you. I have a full video of rats and pictures of this property and would like to escalate this matter.
