scary neighborhood, did not even enter, did not use the place, you should refund, could not get anyone on the phone either including booking.com to remedy the situation, i sufferred

I liked the price all the other hotels were over 200$ Everything was so clean and just a fresh feeling 10 out of 10 it was very quiet and private. The staff was amazing very nice.

I honestly have no complaints
