Got there didnt have reservation, was over booked, just overall was not a good time

Bus no.1 stop is 1 min away from the property. You can easily come from NY by train and then by bus. Great economy. Restroom with shower is one for 1 floor (3 rooms) but it doesn’t bother. Great place to stay for 1-2-3 nights for travelers and the price is great. Gas station, cafe, restaurant is 1 min away and works till late time. The trim is nice. 1 kitchen and living room for 1 floor.

Loved the host ! He gave us welcoming gifts and was a good company to hang out with on the front porch !

The neighborhood but it's not the host's fault

Everything! It was dirty and nothing like the pictures.

Sister was extremely understanding when it came to a miss communication on our end. She gave us cancellation free of charge and always had a lovely attitude.

There was a slight misconception on what I booked vs what I arrived to. I would highly recommend if you are traveling with a partner or solo.

Improve on cleanliness especially the daily cleaning and change of linen

V friendly and quick to response staff. We had no problems finding the place. Special thanks for letting us stay a few hours more for a modest and justified pay. It's v close to the airport, Über might easily get you there for $20. Nearby shops won't leave you dry on food. Inside is v clean and if someone wants key to the room, it's provided for a free with a returnable cash deposit.

Owners need to improve a bit kitchen utensils equipment... teapot didn't work on our floor. And due to busy occupancy there were hardly any free utensils and mugs left on our floor. 3 floors no elevator, so pick the 1st floor if you have suitcases.

Nothing. Except that it gave me a bed for a few hours. Also, although it started as a friction, the lady admitted that my ride was included in my night rate as I booked via booking.com (which was mentioning a free shuttle) - because once arrived at the guesthouse she wanted to charge me a ridiculous fee for the pick up at the airport. So I still mark it as a positive, but make sure to have proof of that with you when they come to you with the credit card machine.

I waited 45min before the pick up at the airport while they said they would take 20min max. It's a place where a single woman may not feel comfortable, I pushed a piece of furniture against the door as I think the door wasn't locking properly. The room was super warm when I checked in and the AC so loud. The shared bathroom wasn't clean. I could hear everyone who was walking in the hallway (paper thin walls) so woke up a few times Way too expensive for this ugly place!
