I must say this was the worst Booking.com experience I've had in years. First, upon check-in, they even didn't provide the apartment keyfob and garage Clicker until next day afternoon, making it extremely inconvenient to enter and exit the apartment building and garage. Second, the room information was inaccurate; it wasn't "two sofa beds" but actually one single bed and one "floor mattress." Also, the number of towels and sheets provided was insufficient (though they were replenished after we complained). Third, the shower water wasn't hot, and the shower faucet switch was broken, requiring the apartment security guard to turn the main water valve outside on and off daily. There were also issues with the toilet, but thankfully, these problems were gradually resolved within two days of our stay. It's worth mentioning the apartment security staff, especially Elizabeth, who provided a lot of helpful assistance. Mir, the customer service representative from Capital Jetset, the company managing the property, responded quickly to our feedback and did her best to resolve our issues, making our stay for the following days satisfactory. By the way, this room is quite noisy because it faces the street. One night, a strong wind made the metal hinges on the window rattle and make a lot of noise. I could hear two items (screws?) falling off. I suggest having them inspected. Also, it would be best to provide an apartment usage manual, including information on the washing machine and trash cans, as well as the apartment's policy of only providing a 24-hour supply of consumables such as toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, so that guests are aware of the situation.

Great location, the staff was very nice and host very prompt.

Having security staff in the building was great, and having a restaurant/bar was amazing! The best part is being to be able to walk and direct access to the beach.

The window in the bedroom got stuck, which we slightly panic during the bad rain storm. The vent for the stove was not working and we had to open windows in main area when cooking. The washer and dryer machines on the floor were great but they need to be properly maintained- the one in the 14th smelled like mildew and we wiped it with bleach wipes everytime before use. Maybe putting a sign for people to clean the lint from the dryer and leave the W//D door after done using will help police it. There was a point where the main lobby elevators got stuck and had a slight panic but security was able to help opening and getting us out.

La puerta principal debería ser cambiada y tener cerradura por dentro para mayor seguridad a la hora de dormir. El baño el área de lavado está muy buena. Solo mejorar la iluminación para poder tener buena visión en el espejo. En cuanto al área de la ducha 🚿 deberían de hacerle un cambio y terminar los arreglitos del piso. Pero en general. Me encantó su apartamento. Muchas Felicidades por su esmero por mantener a los huéspedes en un ambiente limpio y agradable.
