Friendly Staff, View was great bed was comfortable.

Door lock started malfunctioning and the key was hard to lock with. I would highly suggest a better manual lock system

La ubicación, ya que Isla Verde es un paráiso. Aunque por la mala calidad y el precio desorbitado, desmerecen el lugar.

Que me estafaron 90€, es decir, me salió que costaba 99€ la noche y cuando reservé me cobraron 90€ más de limpieza extra. Lamentable, además cortaron el agua y no se puedia usar el baño durante todo el dia. Fue un absoluto desastre. Estoy pendiente de enviar una reclamación.

Location and view are excellent. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

I liked that it was on the 14th floor so I had a partial view to the ocean and beach. I liked that the windows open so we could get a nice breeze so we wouldn’t have to use the AC. I like that It had a kitchen and I liked the convenience of being able to walk out of the apartment and be right to the beach

What I didn’t like was that I did not feel safe because the door lock to the apartment was broken, and I felt very unsafe while I stayed at this apartment as anyone could’ve shoved the door and opened it at any time. This is a safety issue and I felt very unsafe. The kitchen was too small. The pan was in poor shape as the handle was falling off the cooking pan. In the shower, the hot and cold water fluctuated drastically as when I showered the water would be very cold and then fluctuate very hot, scolded me and then it would turn cold all within seconds of showering. Probably due to the old building as plumbing really needs to be updated. Also the apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. For the amount of money I spent renting this apartment, It should be in better condition.

this was close to our venue we were attending on Saturday but unfortunately we had a mishap with the ironing board and iron in which we could use so we had to drive 35 minutes away to a relatives house to use the iron. No dry cleaners around the area that would have been able to press our clothing.

The room overall is comfortable for two, complete kitchen (we didn't use), however the following was a not up to par: The top bed sheet had stains on them, the sofa dirty and white substance on them ( at least wipe them down so it won't be obvious), the toilet is leaking ( we informed the people managing the apartment) my wife almost slipped but was able to retract any injuries, the shower tiles are very slippery ( need some kind of rubber mat for the inside. Of course the ironing board and iron were broken. The building is an old building as the exterior looking out the window the stucco is falling and you see rebars sticking out ( concerning on the condition of building). I received a call to inform me that 8 towels were missing, first of all their were no eight towels, in our bed we only had 1 large towel and two hand towels no wash cloths, I informed them that we did not receive them, Second from the three nights we only slept in their only one night which was that Friday the day of arrival and Saturday we left to use a family ironing board and did not stay Saturday night. We came back on Sunday afternoon to pick up our belongings since we had a Red Eye flight and had no need to sleep overnight. Overall clean, except the dirty sofa and sheets stained. Apartment can use some TLC but overall satisfactory. Suggestion to management company to avoid any issues with your clients: create an inventory sheet that each occupant can review and sign agreeing that these items are in the apartment and if not its up to the occupant to contact the management company to advise of missing items.
