Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Housekeeping is limited to guests staying 7 or more nights but is available to all guests at an additional charge of $10 per occurrence. Check-In Age Policy: 21 years or older. 18 years or older with a military ID. Service and Emotional Support Animals ("Assistance Animals") are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared upon check-in. 2 pets per room are permitted with a $10.00 fee per night up to $100.00 a month. A deposit may be required at the property.
