I had a nice big room, but it didn't have towels, I had to ask the lobby, they didn't take out the trash and the sheets weren't clean.

The,room keys would not work,took 20 minutes to,get into my room which made,my food cold,and the toilet had feces on the seat was,not cleaned

The convenient location.

The front desk young man took a little while to answer the door. Once he was able to help me, a body odor came across the window that was not pleasant. He was descent but needs a little hygiene practice. In addition, the room smelled like cigarettes.

Price was fair

The room was semi clean the worst part was the bed every time I would move it would pop and crack like something was broke. I'm 200 lbs and it felt like a spring was broke in the mattress but since it was only a one night stay to break up an 18 hr drive we dealt with it.

Was added extra fees 54$ and room was nasty

Absolutely disgusting. Garbage in the trash cans and dirty rags on the counter. This was a last-minute stop at midnight to get some sleep and we just wanted a bed, would have demanded a refund and left if it wasn’t midnight and we weren’t half asleep.
