Basically the hotel conditions is okay

The breakfast U pay breakfast only to get 1 small cup of black coffee and 3pcs of muffin???!!!! What the h*ll Parking also need to pay!!!

Convenient location & helpful staff. It was comfortable and clean too.

Compact toilet … fine with us. Those bigger built might find it cramp?

Parking u need to pay Room is small and have no view Swimming pool is cold Water bottle not provided Late checkout was request to asked only at 10am on the checkout date - ridiculous. They should just say not available.

Location and room clean

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to share my feedback regarding the event held at the hotel lobby. The lobby was used as part of the event activity area, and many participants were moving in and out, playing games and making the whole environment very noisy. I was seated at the waiting area, but because many people came out to play games around that area, I decided to move near the vending machine. However, the vending machine area was also part of their game activity. When I wanted to make payment, people kept moving in and out and looking around the machine, as if they were searching for something. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and bad experience for hotel guests. I hope the hotel can manage event activities better in the future and avoid using common guest areas such as the lobby and vending machine area for games or noisy activities.

Washroom too small

I enjoyed the modern interior decor of this hotel. Designs in the room is thoughtful ,user friendly and minimum. I like the location where I can walk across the street and enjoy the great view of the sea.The morning sun,the sun set and the coconut trees are such priceless scene.
