"Fantastic hotel close to everything!"

Great location in the heart of George Town, right by the shore for nice evening walks with a view. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind.

My Wi-Fi wasn't working for an hour, but this isn't the staff's fault.

"整体酒店很好，就是隔音设备问题。还有就是没有私人停车位和早餐。只有付费的停车位，即便你是住酒店也要付费一次RM 10.60"

酒店设备很好，有3M水机提供，热水器很烫洗澡很舒服，酒店干净，前台很有礼貌，地理位置也很好找。

房间有点小，隔音非常不好。隔壁房洗澡都能听得见。还有酒店上写有私人停车位去到却是要自行付费的酒店后面空地，每出去一次要RM 10.60，非常昂贵。即便要付费，住该酒店不是应该免费的吗？然后酒店选项写包含早餐，早餐只不过就是酒店后面kenny kills cafe的套餐早餐并没有自助，这点我觉得酒店没有申明标准我觉得很不理解。
