Its proximity to the conference venue that I attended

I like the fact that the Hotel is quirky, but it needs to be functional as well, it’s clearly aimed at young people who don’t mind that the windows are see through, the shower leaks or that there is no bottled water.

Clean and comfortable.

No problems at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. What really stood out, though, was the team—the staff are genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful. It felt like a home away from home.

Decent location but still a bit of walking to the heart of George Town heritage area. Nice colorful painted walls.

All the corridors didn’t have air conditioning switched on, it’s so hot, humid and a suffering to walk to the rooms in the day time. Not many staff and I didn’t feel a warm customer service typical of a good hotel at this price point. Not sure why it’s rated by Michelin!

Very clean; the rooms spacious and well thought out. Facilities excellent with washing and drying facilities available. A kitchen was available with fridges and hob. Staff very helpful.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Nicely designed hotel with friendly staff. Room is clean and we get free room upgrade.

The pool water was super cold even in the afternoon maybe because it’s indoor.

The room was good and nice.

As i am traveling for work, we requested that the breakfast would be serve earlier. Staff was able to accommodate us but at 0600hrs nobody came up and hand over our breakfast. My coworker had to go down and took it. And the food was prepared last night as it was cold.
