PLThe apartment was spacious, comfortable and fit a group of 5 very well. Two of the smart TVs were working properly, there was a washing machine and the bathrooms were also nice. The location was really good, central, close to many attractions.
One of the rooms did not have clean sheets when we checked in, though this was resolved by the management by sending a cleaner to change them. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. The common room smart TV could not be used due to some error. The fridge was not working and we discovered the outlet in which it was plugged was defective so we had to move it. The management did not respond to most of the complaints or messages we sent, they simply kept sending automatic general messages and ignored the reported issues. On the day of the check-out, the cleaners showed up before the check-out time. All in all, would not recommend this apartment or booking company and we won't be staying with them anymore.
