Urbanicooh Paracelso - Piazza Maggiore View

The location, size of the bedrooms and comfortable beds, good bathrooms, good lounge and great views of the Piazza. Even though the Piazza is always busy, once the windows were closed it was very quiet. Great for people watching.

The kitchen, had to ask for a kettle as their was a box for one but it was empty, no tea towels, no plug or bowl for the sink, as there is no dishwasher this was problematic. A kettle was supplied along with two tea towels but we shouldn’t have had to ask for these basic items. A small niggle but on arrival there was only two mismatched wine glasses, we requested two more (as there were four staying in the apartment), again two were supplied but none of them matched BUT there were at least 15 shot glasses! Just didn’t make sense.

My time at this apartment was nothing short of enchanting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located, comfortable and charming place to stay. My heartfelt thanks for the host for making my visit to Bologna so memorable.

Perfect location. You cant get better than this , if you are with a car , the closest parking is 1,2 km away , but this is historical center , so thats it.

Very steep spiral staircase to enter apartment was difficult with luggage

The location couldn't be bettered, very central and looking directly over Piazza Maggiore and the very effective double glazing ensured any noise was blocked out at night. The apartment is very spacious and whilst having 'all mod-cons' the individual/quirky decor worked very well in the surroundings of historic Bologna. And Ricky, our host, was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can think of to say here is that, bizarrely, there were only 2 wine glasses in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen.
