very convenient position and a very spacious apartment

inconvenient to have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the shower. in parts looking a bit tired and a towel rail in the second bathroom would be good

Great location at the centre of Bologna.

The view to Piazza Maggiore, which is shown in the pictures, was blocked by the outdoor cinema/screen that was installed in the square. So worth checking with the accommodation beforehand as we were very disappointed by the awful view through the windows for which we paid a premium price. No hot water in the apartment due to problems with the city water supply. The apartment lacked cosiness with poor lighting. There could have been some coffee tables by the windows to enjoy a drink and unblocked view. Great location but wouldn't book it again. Overpriced!

Somewhat odd layout but it’s a factor of adapting to old buildings and the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. The location is incredible facing the main piazza, be aware it is very alive with music and people however when windows shut at night soundproofing is excellent.

Initially had to argue with Riccardo and send photos via what’s app to obtain wine glasses and tea cups which given the cost of apartment was somewhat frustrating. There were however 24 shot glasses In cupboard! on returning the first evening the front door key of the apartment block (which had obviously been previously straightened) snapped in the lock. Fortunately another tenant let us in but Riccardo could not replace key until 1100 the next day. Having pointed out that was unacceptable his incredibly helpful assistant Lorenzo who had initially met us and helped to get bags up spiral staircase turned up with another key.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Bologna with windows onto Piazza Maggiore and bars and shops on the doorstep. It had the palace feel about it - very spacious with some quirky fresco details in the sitting room. It was a great base for a long weekend in Bologna.

The apartment was large, sunny and in an amazing location. We felt very comfortable in it. Living in it left us with an unforgettable experience.
