Room in Portsmouth close to Fratton Station

House not clean when checked in. Dirty in general even after being cleaned later in the day. Back door just left unlocked with no key to lock it. Garden is filthy,

Unfortunately we felt incredibly unsafe during our stay

When arriving someone let us in with the code (unsure if staff member or another resident) but we did not feel safe or welcomed upon arrival. He told us which room he thought we were in and informed us the code to enter the property was the exact same code for our room - meaning our room was completely accessible to whomever. The house had an extremely strong smell of marijuana and people were constantly coming and going from the property. Myself and my partner slept with our clothes on due to the uncleanliness of bedding. Once we fell asleep at 2am we were woken by someone banging on the door aggressively trying to get in, an extremely explosive and threatening argument took place. We felt incredibly unsafe as a result of this and slept with our door barricaded shut as we did not even feel safe enough to leave the property incase the argument may of further escalated. Thankfully we left early in the morning without seeing anyone.

部屋のドアの施錠ができない旨の連絡をしたのに何も対応してくれませんでした。連絡から5時間後に「大丈夫？」とメールが来ただけでした。施錠ができない為、夜中に他の宿泊客からドアを開けられました。宿側からその後謝罪もドアキーが故障していたのか説明も何もありません。全く対応ができない宿でした。 電気ケトルに白い浮遊物があります。当然沸かしたお湯は濁っています。もう少し綺麗に洗浄して欲しいものです。
