Room in Portsmouth close to Fratton Station

I really liked the facilities and how modern everything was and the ease of use was very good. Also the access to a back garden was unique but a welcome addition to the property. well stocked for any domestic needs such as washing up and cleaning supplies.

A few additions would have taken the room above and beyond. Such as a dresser or additional storage for clothing items. Also maybe a more opaque cover for the window.

Maybe a hook on back of door so I can hang shirt, coat

Great night sleep very peaceful!!! Also Local to train station and supermarket etc and bonus of full use of fully equipped kitchen etc

Not the property's fault but my pizza took 2 hours to arrive 🙄

The bedding was dusty, with stains on them The general area was untidy

My room had bedbugs and the landlord wants to charge me 100£ for a spilt drink on the carpet

Room was clean and free of clutter. Bed was very comfortable.

I did not like that there was no toilet paper in both toilet facilities. At the very least toilet roll could be left in each room at minimal cost.
