Room in Portsmouth close to Fratton Station

I stayed 3 times for 2 nights each, the first two times it seemed decently clean and well maintained, and a good deal for the price. It is also a very quiet environment.

During my third stay I was in a different room and developed various red spots. I reported it to the management and send them the picture of the bed bug that I found after inspecting the bed. They told me that they notified the cleaner, but also downplayed the issue (saying it would come "from the big tree outside"). I contacted them again 2 days later asking if they told pest control and notifying them that I developed a lot of bite marks, to which I haven't received a reply.

Convenient for Wetherspoons and the town centre and Wetherspoons

No toilet roll in the upstairs toilet.

close to train station, clean, lock on door

Bedroom right next to bathroom, could hear guests and was woken up by the light and noise at 3am.
